Sapphire Foods Appoints Punit Jhunjhunwala as Deputy CFO

Sapphire Foods promoted Punit Jhunjhunwala to Sr. Vice President and Deputy CFO effective 4th May 2026.
Mr. Jhunjhunwala, a CA and CS with 17 years experience, was previously VP and Head of Finance & Accounts.
He will continue to report to Executive Director & CFO Vijay Jain and has been with the company for eight years.
The appointment is disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations and is a senior management personnel change.
