Sapphire Foods received regulatory approval on 21st April 2026 to shift its registered office from Maharashtra to Haryana.
The approval came from the Hon'ble Regional Director (Western Region Directorate I) via formal order.
This follows the company's initial intimation of the proposed shift dated 1st January 2026.
