Sarda Proteins Limited has fixed 23rd July, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

The EGM is scheduled to be held on 30th July, 2026 through Video Conference/Other Virtual Attendance Mode (VC/OVAM).
