Saroj Super Speciality Hospital Inaugurates 50‑Bed Facility in Nava Raipur
On July 2 2026, Saroj Super Speciality Hospital – a unit of the Ganesh Das Chawla Charitable Trust with a 27‑year legacy in healthcare – formally opened its new multi‑speciality hospital in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Phase 1 launch comprises a 50‑bed facility located at Sector‑9, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, near the Paloud Post Office, Raipur district (PIN 492101). The hospital’s website is www.sarojhospital.com.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Shri O.P. Choudhary, Hon’ble Minister for Finance, Housing, Environment & Commercial Tax, and attended by Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare; Shri Guru Khushwant, Hon’ble Minister and MLA, Arang; Shri Brijmohan Agrawal, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Raipur; as well as the trust’s trustees Mr Pavan Chawla and Mr Pankaj Chawla. Senior Advisor & Board Member Mr Sudhir Bahl welcomed the dignitaries and delivered remarks, stating, “The launch of Saroj Super Speciality Hospital in Nava Raipur is a proud milestone in our healthcare journey. This hospital reflects our commitment to bringing advanced medical care, modern infrastructure and compassionate treatment to the people of Chhattisgarh.”
The newly inaugurated hospital offers a comprehensive suite of services, including OPD care in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, General Surgery, Nephrology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Gastroenterology; 24 × 7 emergency and casualty services; an ICU; operation theatres; a Cath Lab; diagnostic and imaging facilities; and a full‑service laboratory. The institution plans further expansion to develop an advanced healthcare centre in the future and will seek empanelment under major government and insurance health‑care schemes to enhance accessibility and affordability.
