Sarveshwar Foods Limited appointed Ms. Meghna as Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective April 9, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
Ms. Meghna is a Chartered Accountant with over six years of experience in forensic investigations, compliance, and risk advisory at Deloitte and Ernst & Young.
