India Resurgence Fund Scheme 1 and Scheme 2 are the debenture holders, with waivers consented to by the debenture trustee per the Debenture Trust Deed.
An additional waiver of ₹67.0 lakh in accrued Additional Redemption Premium for FY2025-26 was also approved, subject to timely redemption of debentures.
