Satia Industries Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company intimated the successful restart of Paper Machine-3 (PM-3) at its manufacturing facility located at VPO: Rupana, Punjab. The restart occurred on 07th September, 2026.
The restart follows the completion of a major technological upgradation and rebuild project for PM-3. Presently, the machine is undergoing requisite trials and testing activities. The company is closely monitoring the performance of the machine during this phase and expects to commence regular commercial operations upon successful completion of these activities.
The disclosure was signed by Rakesh Kumar, Company Secretary, and addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
