The 33rd Annual General Meeting of Saven Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. (IST).
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
Cut-off date for e-Voting and AGM participation: Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
Remote e-Voting period: Sunday, September 20, 2026 (9:00 AM IST) to Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (5:00 PM IST).

Special Window for Transfer Deed Re-lodgment
SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025 directed opening a special window for re-lodgment of transfer deeds lodged prior to April 01, 2019 that were rejected/returned/not attended to.
SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026 provided a fresh special window from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities.
During this window, securities re-lodged for transfer will be issued only in dematerialized mode.
