A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28th July, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at H-1, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, M.P. 452010.
The Board will consider and approve the following matters:
- The Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026
- Any other matters
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company has been closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results.
