Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results. The disclosure regarding the closure of the Trading Window, dated 28th September, 2026, has been duly intimated to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
