Sayaji Hotels Re-appoints Parikh Shah Chotalia as Internal Auditor

Sayaji Hotels (Pune) Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the re-appointment of their internal auditor.

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 28th May, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s Parikh Shah Chotalia & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 118493W) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.

The re-appointment is being made to comply with the provisions of Section 138(1) read with Rule 13 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 of the Companies Act, 2013.
