Steadfast Business Consulting (SBC), headquartered in Hyderabad, and Bengaluru‑based V&V Group announced the creation of a joint‑venture technology platform that integrates 14 tax‑technology products and intellectual assets under a common AI‑native integration layer. The combined portfolio spans transfer pricing, corporate tax, GST, e‑invoicing, audit, bookkeeping and regulatory compliance, linking SBC’s TP Doc Gen AI (TAIGA), TaxMate, FixTag, SBC Track and ROC Data with V&V’s GSTZen, WeAudit, DeskAudit, Papilio and the Tidy suite.

The platform incorporates 51 AI agents, of which 44 are operational, and is designed to connect to client ERP systems, India’s GST and e‑invoicing infrastructure, and external data providers. It follows a human‑led decision‑making model where AI handles repetitive, data‑intensive tasks while chartered accountants and engineers retain responsibility for interpretation, review and final decisions. The combined organization employs nearly 500 professionals, including 40–50 chartered accountants and 40–50 engineers, and serves approximately 1,500–2,000 clients, of which more than 350 are multinational groups. Existing service businesses in India, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Europe will act as the platform’s first customers and international distribution channels.

Integration Roadmap

The joint venture outlined a four‑phase integration plan over the next 24 months:

1. First 90 days – Establish joint technology leadership, a common data infrastructure and an integrated product roadmap.

2. Phase two – Enable cross‑selling across the combined client base and set up a shared delivery centre.

3. Within 12 months – Launch new offerings such as UAE e‑invoicing, WeAudit AI and TidyBooks AI, the latter integrating invoicing, accounting, financial statements, audit files and transfer‑pricing documentation.

4. Final phase (by month 24) – Extend operations to four to five jurisdictions, with Dubai positioned as a regional hub for Gulf Cooperation Council markets and an expanded portfolio covering global VAT and e‑invoicing requirements.

The consolidation is expected to generate operational efficiencies through a shared engineering team, unified data stack, common AI gateway, integrated delivery infrastructure and a single go‑to‑market strategy, following a “build once, deploy everywhere” approach. Beyond serving their own clients, the entities plan a white‑label and subscription‑based model that allows other professional and consulting firms to adopt the platform under their own brands, facilitating technology adoption by smaller and mid‑sized firms.
