SBEC Systems entered a ₹2.80 crore term loan agreement with SVC Co-Operative Bank for a solar power unit.
The secured loan, executed on May 4, 2026, will finance setting up a 590 Wp mono-crystalline solar plant.
Security includes solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and a personal guarantee from Umesh Kumar Modi.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and the company holds 50,900 equity shares in the bank.
