SBFC Finance Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Saturday, 25th July, 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Concurrently, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed. The closure period is from 1st July, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned unaudited financial results.
