Mr. Barasia mentioned he had extensive experiences in FMCG & Engineering business before joining SBFC and believes the next decade in India will be consumer and manufacturing led. He joined SBFC in October 2018 as Co-founder and served for more than seven years.

Based on recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Sanket Agrawal (previously Chief Strategy Officer & IR) as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 16th July 2026.

Mr. Agrawal brings over 13+ years of experience spanning Big Four audit/advisory and executive leadership at SBFC. His profile includes:

  • Implemented risk-based frameworks and enterprise-wide SOPs
