Management Changes Effective July 31, 2026
Two senior executives are superannuating (retiring) with effect from July 31, 2026:

- Shri Kameshwar Rao Kodavanti, Chief Financial Officer
New Appointments and Responsibilities
The following Deputy Managing Directors have been assigned new responsibilities:
- Shri Satyendra Kumar Singh appointed as Deputy Managing Director & Chief Credit Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer
- Shri Varinder Khanna appointed as Deputy Managing Director (CCG-II) Commercial Client Group
CFO Succession Plan
As previously intimated via letter No.: CC/S&B/AND/2026-27/298 dated July 15, 2026, Shri Sunil Ramgopal Agrawal will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective August 1, 2026.
