SBI Tier 2 Bond Allotment Count Correction

SBI issues a correction to its earlier disclosure dated 20.03.2026 regarding Tier 2 Bond allotment.
The number of bonds allotted is corrected to 6,051 from the erroneously stated 1,00,00,000.
Bonds are Non-convertible, Taxable, Redeemable, Unsecured Basel III Tier 2, ₹1 crore face value at 7.05% coupon.
