SC&H Opens Gurugram Office, Targets 150 Hires

SC&H, a US consulting firm, launched its first overseas office in Gurugram, India to expand capacity and client service.
The new hub will offer 12 specialized services such as tax, audit, and technology advisory, supporting U.S. operations and global clients.
CEO Pritpal Kalsi emphasized the employee‑owned model, stating the move is not offshoring but a capacity‑building strategy.
The office, led by Anish Suri and Hardeep Chadha, aims to hire 120‑150 staff within 2‑5 years, adding to SC&H’s 440+ employee‑owners.
