Scoobee Day Garments (India) Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about its Thirty Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 12.00 p.m. Indian Standard Time. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The Notice setting out the businesses to be transacted at the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026 will be sent to the Stock Exchange and to the Members of the Company in due course.
The cutoff date for the AGM is Thursday, 22nd September, 2026.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for equity shares (Scrip Code: 531234) from Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 for the purpose of the 32nd AGM of the Company.
