Scorpio Tankers Sells Six Vessels for $300M

Scorpio Tankers Inc. announced sale of six product tankers for total $300 million, comprising three LR2 and three MR vessels.
The LR2 vessels (STI Park, STI Sloane, STI Madison) will fetch $195 million, with the first two free of debt.
The MR vessels (STI Aqua, STI Regina, STI Opera) sell for $105 million; their $21.3 million debt was repaid in April 2026.
Transaction expected to close in Q2 2026, reducing overall debt on the 2023 $225 million revolving credit facility.
