SEAMEC LIMITED has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) dated July 21, 2026 with HAL Offshore Limited for the purchase of the vessel SEAMEC ANANT (IMO No.: 9412206). The acquisition consideration is USD 70 million (United States Dollars Seventy Million Only).

The vessel delivery is scheduled for around August 31, 2026, subject to completion of required formalities. This transaction represents a related party transaction as HAL Offshore Limited is the Holding Company of SEAMEC LIMITED. The transaction has been conducted at arm's length and is considered in the normal course of business.

All regulatory compliances in respect of this transaction have been made. The intimation of signing of the MOA was made to the exchanges on July 21, 2026 at 18:21 hours.
