SEAMEC Limited executed Addendum 02 to its Subcontract Agreement with Posh India Offshore Private Limited dated 20th March 2025.
The addendum covers charter hire of vessel 'SEAMEC PRINCESS' at USD 37,000 per day (exclusive of GST) for ONGC's PRP-VIII and DUDP projects.
The transaction is classified as ordinary course of business with no related party involvement or shareholding in the counterparty.
