Operational Update

SEAMEC Limited's vessel "SEAMEC SWORDFISH" has been successfully returned to service after addressing a technical defect. The vessel was officially placed back on hire effective May 29, 2026 at 13:34 hours KSA time (16:04 hours IST).

This announcement follows up on the company's previous communication dated May 22, 2026 (Letter No. SEAMEC / BSE&NSE / SMO / OFFHIREOFSEAMECSWORDFISH / 2205/2026) regarding the vessel's status.

The disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
