SEAMEC Wins ONGC O&M Contract Worth ₹330 Crore

SEAMEC Limited, in consortium with Supreme Hydro Pvt Ltd, received NOA from ONGC for O&M services for MSV Samudra Prabha.
The contract is valued at INR 3,29,92,34,688 (approx. INR 329.92 crore) inclusive of GST for a 698-day tenure.
The contract is a domestic, non-related-party transaction in the normal course of business, commencing within 60 days of NOA.
