SecureKloud Technologies Proposes Two New Independent Directors

SecureKloud Technologies has called a postal ballot for shareholder approval to appoint two new independent directors for a five-year term.
The company proposes appointing Mr. Duraiswamy Basuvaiah and Mrs. Annaganalaur Srimathi Venkata Narayanan as independent directors for a 5-year term starting February 12, 2026.
The remote e-voting period is scheduled from April 7, 2026, to May 6, 2026, with results to be announced on May 8, 2026.
