SED Wins 300 KLD ZLD Contract

SED secured a contract from VA Tech Wabag to deliver a 300 KLD (2×150 KLD) ZLD system for RenewSys’s Hyderabad solar PV plant.
The MVR‑based Low Temperature Evaporation technology will recover 90‑94% of wastewater, producing condensate under 300 ppm TDS for reuse.
The project supports India’s solar manufacturing push under the PLI scheme and tighter environmental norms, enhancing SED’s position in industrial water management.
Director Vimarsh Verma said the order validates SED’s commitment to circular water economy and fast execution for sustainable operations.
