Senco Gold allotted 31,977 equity shares to employees under its 2018 ESOP scheme.
Shares were issued at two exercise prices: ₹237 for 26,377 shares and ₹125 for 5,600 shares.
Post-allotment, paid-up equity capital increased from ₹81.90 crore to ₹81.92 crore.
