Senco Gold Limited intimates a delay in its acquisition of August Jewellery Private Limited (Melorra) under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The transaction process is still underway, pushing the expected completion date from April 30, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
All other terms and conditions of the acquisition, as per the original January 2026 intimation, remain unchanged.
