Senco Gold extended its Strategic & Marketing tie-up with August Jewellery Private Limited (Melorra brand) till 30th June, 2026.
The extension is on the same terms and conditions as the original arrangement disclosed on 24th April, 2025.
The tie-up is domestic in scope, involves no consideration, and is not classified as a related party transaction.
