SEPC Rights Issue Final Call 24.2M Shares Converted

SEPC Limited received final call money for 24.24 million partly paid-up equity shares from its rights issue.
The Rights Issue Committee approved conversion of these shares to fully paid-up status effective May 9, 2026.
The company had originally issued 49.29 million partly paid-up shares under the May 2025 rights offering.
