Sera Investments schedules board meeting on May 21, 2026 to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026.
The meeting will consider results as per SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 33 and take on record the statutory auditor's report.
Board may address any other business with chair's permission at the registered office in Ahmedabad.
