Kaushik, a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience, previously served as Financial Controller at Servotech.
He has held senior roles at ICICI Bank, Delhivery Ltd., V2 Retail Ltd., and Franchise India Group.
The appointment was approved by the Board following recommendations from the Nomination, Remuneration, and Audit Committees.
