Memorandum of Understanding with Haryana Government
Servotech Renewable Power System Limited (formerly Servotech Power Systems Limited) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Government of Haryana, on June 1, 2026.
Main Body:
The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration and cooperation between the Company and various departments of the Government of Haryana. The purpose is to create a mutually beneficial framework for coordination between the Company and HEPC, Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Haryana, for promotion of industrial development and the growth of clean energy manufacturing in the State of Haryana.
Financial Details: SRPSL will invest approximately Rs. 400 Crores as part of this initiative.
Parties Involved: Servotech Renewable Power System Limited and Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Government of Haryana.
Significant Terms: The MoU provides for SRPSL's initiative to expand its business in Haryana. The Haryana Government, through HEPC, is committed to providing all facilitation and Ease of Doing Business support to the Company for ensuring success of the company's endeavor(s).
Regulatory Approvals: The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
Related Party Considerations: The agreement does not involve any related party transactions and the parties are not related to promoter/promoter group/group companies in any manner.
