Payment Method Requirements
- Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025 notified on November 19, 2025, dividend payment will be made only through electronic mode.
- Physical shareholders must update KYC details (valid PAN, contact details, bank account details, specimen signature) with RTA.
- Dividend will be withheld if KYC details are not updated for physical holdings or bank details not updated for demat holdings.
PAN-Aadhaar Linking Requirement
- Section 262 of IT Act, 2025 requires PAN-Aadhaar linking for eligible individuals.
- Failure to link will result in PAN being deemed invalid/inoperative, triggering 20% TDS under Section 397(2).
