Additionally, the company has implemented a Trading Window closure in compliance with its Prohibition of Insider Trading Code framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window for designated persons, other persons, and their immediate relatives covered under the Code has been closed since April 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 by the Board of Directors, and until these results are made available to the Stock Exchange.
