Ordinary Business

5. Change in remuneration of Ms. Kinjal Bhavsar, Managing Director of Shaily Innovations Limited, United Kingdom, effective from 1st April 2026.

6. Re-appointment of Mr. Amit Mahendra Sanghvi (DIN: 00022444) as a Managing Director effective from 1st October 2026 for a period of five years.

7. Enabling resolution for raising funds up to ₹500 Crore through the issue of securities.
