Shakti Press Extends Rights Issue Closing to May 29

Shakti Press Ltd's Rights Issue Committee extended the issue closing date from May 18 to May 29, 2026.
The extension provides shareholders more time to exercise their rights; the issue opened on May 7, 2026.
Last date for market renunciation of rights entitlements is now May 25, with allotment expected around June 2.
All other terms of the Letter of Offer and application forms remain unchanged except for the revised timetable.
