Shakti Pumps received Letter of Empanelment from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for 6,580 solar water pumps.
The total contract value is Rs. 155.24 Crores (inclusive of GST) with execution required within 60 days from work order issuance.
The order involves design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of Off-Grid Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems.
This is not a related party transaction and promoter groups have no interest in the awarding entity.
