Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015:
- The trading window for dealing in the Company's Securities has been closed from 1st July 2026
- The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are made public on 12th August, 2026
- This closure applies to all directors, officers, and designated employees of the Company
- All designated employees and other connected persons have been advised not to trade in Company's Securities during this period
