Shalimar Paints Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding changes in authorization for determining materiality of events and information.
The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on August 12, 2026, authorized specific persons to determine materiality of events or information and make necessary disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. This authorization change is effective from August 12, 2026.
The change follows the appointment of Mr. Kundan Sangwar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, designated as Key Managerial Personnel.
