Shalimar Adhunik Nirman Limited, a subsidiary of Shalimar Paints Limited, has entered into an agreement to sell its property bearing Plot no. 75, Sector 32, Urban Estate Gurgaon II situated at Gurugram.

• Buyer: Sparton Growth Comtrade Private Limited
• Agreement Date: August 05, 2026
• Expected Completion Date: November 20, 2026
• Consideration: ₹50 Crores to be received by Shalimar Adhunik Nirman Limited in tranches on or before the date of registration of Sale Deed
• The buyers do not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies
• The transaction does not fall within related party transactions
• The sale is outside Scheme of Arrangement and does not attract the terms of regulation 37A of the Listing Regulations, as it does not constitute an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking for the Company under section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013
