Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited about an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company.

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 4, 2026 decided to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM).

In accordance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed August 18, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine members who shall be entitled to cast their vote by electronic means on the businesses to be transacted at the EGM.

The remote e-voting period for the EGM will commence on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. The same cut-off date of August 18, 2026 will also determine members who do not cast their vote electronically but wish to cast their vote at the EGM on August 25, 2026.

The company will be availing e-Voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for this meeting.
