Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd. has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company.

The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on July 4, 2026, decided to hold the EGM on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM).

In compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed August 18, 2026 as the cut-off date. This date determines which members are entitled to cast their vote by electronic means on the businesses to be transacted at the EGM.

The remote e-voting period for the EGM will commence on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. and conclude on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. The same cut-off date of August 18, 2026, will also determine members who do not cast their vote electronically but wish to vote during the EGM on August 25, 2026.

The company will be utilizing the e-Voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for this process.
