1. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Shanthi Gears Limited, at its meeting held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, appointed Mr. Sudhir R as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from June 4, 2026. This appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee, pursuant to Regulation 26A and Regulation 30 read with Para 7 of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

  • Two decades of experience in finance, treasury, business transformation, IPOs, M&A, and operational leadership across diversified business sectors
  • Previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Revathi Equipment Limited
  • Worked with organizations including Arvind Limited, GOGO International Private Limited, and SA Rawther Spices Private Limited
