Shanti Educational Initiatives appointed Jhaveri Shah & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 effective May 21, 2026.
The appointment was made by the Board of Directors to comply with Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations.
Jhaveri Shah & Co. is an Ahmedabad-based CA firm led by CA Parag Jhaveri with extensive audit and assurance expertise.
