• Shanti Gold International Ltd issued a Postal Ballot Notice dated March 19, 2026 for two director reappointment resolutions via e-voting.
• Both MD Pankajkumar Jagawat and WTD Manojkumar Jain are proposed for 5-year reappointment from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2031.
• Remuneration for each director is proposed to increase from ₹1,08,30,000 to ₹1,80,30,000 per annum (~66.5% hike), effective February 1, 2026.
