Launch of Private Estates at Treetopia
Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) unveiled a new offering called Private Estates within its 105‑acre Treetopia plotted development located in the Pune Growth Corridor. The launch follows strong demand for Phases 1 and 2 of Treetopia and introduces a limited‑edition series of large‑format estate plots priced from INR 1.51 crore, all‑inclusive.
The Private Estates concept is designed for low‑density living and centers around a 25‑acre natural lake.
