The redemption covers 5,000 Series A and 4,990 Series B NCDs originally issued on June 23, 2025.
This intimation is made under SEBI Listing Regulations 29 as a follow-up to the May 12, 2026 board meeting notice.
The early redemption is subject to receipt of necessary approvals and will occur on a company-determined date.
