Sharpline Broadcast Appoints Sanjeev Kumar Jha as CFO

Sharpline Broadcast appointed Sanjeev Kumar Jha as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 4, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Jha is a graduate with over 15 years of experience in information technology and related operations.
