The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company confirms that the trading window closure for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, which was previously intimated to BSE Limited via letter dated 29th September, 2026, remains in effect. The trading window has been closed since 1st October, 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
